Price and fee disclosure
- When a ticket price is first displayed at checkout, the total includes required ancillary fees other than sales tax and any optional non-electronic delivery fee.
- The total does not increase after first display except for disclosed tax, optional delivery, or a timed-out session.
- Service charges are identified as fees. They are not shown more prominently than the total price.
Refund guarantee (C.R.S. § 6-1-718)
If you buy a ticket from this marketplace, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price when:
- The event is canceled;
- The ticket does not or would not grant admission, unless that is caused by the purchaser;
- The ticket is counterfeit; or
- The ticket does not reasonably match the description in the listing.

Entry rights
Under Colorado law, a person with a valid ticket generally may not be denied entry solely because the ticket was resold through a reseller the operator did not approve.
Delivery and seating
Tickets may be mobile transfer, app delivery, or physical stock. Seats in one order are together unless the listing says otherwise. Orders are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event or the order is made right.
